Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    The answer is sofia as it turns out. Stephen Kenny's First match in charge of the Ireland team was played here.

    19d is pouw. i dont have the crossword to hand can you say what letters you have, total letters, for 74d may help others get it.

    42d. Liverpool player Mane, anagram of name.

    65a Southampton (Saints) player Che Adams.

    69a Fowler, (Ricky Fowler, golf player).

    74d Could be games alright. It's the usual single vague clue and answer in the annual Chequered Flag crossword unfortunately.

    I assume 72D (Irish blade) is EVAN. Can anyone explain to me why this is the answer? I can't figure it out at all!
