They need a TBP win of 31 points or more. Their biggest winning margin so far this year has been 13 points, with the 38 points last week being their largest points haul so far this year. Its not impossible that they do it, but it is incredibly unlikely. They are effectively out of it.

Oh Ireland please don't waste the opportunity to win the championship tonight. We need you to do well here. It is literally the most easiest big win that you could ever asked for given to you at the last minute. That job is even more significant now within a global pandemic that has f*cked the world so many times over most of the current year. A simple try or two could win it for us lads. C'mon Ireland.
