Looking for help selecting an android box...

Basically I need to be able to install a VPN & APK apps on it.

Along with iPlayer & 4oD etc

Absolutely every android TV box can do that. If you're looking for cheap and cheerful the mi tv stick can be picked up from multiple places for less than €30, some even closer to €20.

Just note, the mi TV stick us 1080p only, no 4k

Just thought of it after I posted. It seemed to do the trick but encountered some issue where it froze and sounding like an old VHS tape was stuck in it :D

Geekbuying are very quick too from Germany or Italy (fastest) and rest of Europe within a week mostly. Spain sometimes can be slow.
