    Hi All, I have been monitoring the on going draft and noted that there seems to be a poster who has no part in this league trying to represent Eagle Eye.

    I reached out to Eagle Eye through the mail function on the ESPN app when i saw he was banned from Boards last week. I provided Eagle Eye with my direct email address to correspond with me and arrange his draft picks. Eagle Eye never responded to my message and did not take up the offer. Therefore I have taken over control off Eagle Eye's team using my powers as Commissioner. As Commissioner I have final say as to what happens. I offered to relinquish this role last year and this summer and no one wanted to take over the reigns. I did what I believed to be best for the league and found a new player.

    I found a player TheRealJoeBo, who's in one of my other leagues and was looking for an orphan team to take on. He's a very active player, loves to trade as many of you have already found out and will be a great asset to the league.

    Jaded Walker has popped in to the thread and is now trying to represent Eagle Eye. I do not know who this poster is. They are not part of this league and therefore have no right to make any selections.

    If he is in contact with Eagle Eye he can advise eagle Eye that he has my direct email and can contact me at any time.

    in conclusion Eagle Eye had his chance and not taken it. I have replaced him with an active player

    I think the draft should be paused until this issue is sorted out. It looks like the player EE wanted at 3.03 is now gone at 3.07. I dont understand why EE was replaced if indeed he confirmed his participation in June. Autopick could have been done for his picks until the situation was clarified

    There is no confusion on the league. Eagle Eye has been removed and that is my decision and it is final.

    I accept EagleEye said he was coming back. However I tried to reach out to Eagle Eye when I saw he was banned and provided him with my direct mail. He didn't respond to me through that avenue so I sought a new player (Joe) who I know well. Eagle eye has advised he mailed all the league managers. I never received any mail from him. If any of you have please could you let me know. Please ignore whatever Jaded Walker is posting. He is not part of this league. I don't care if he is claiming to represent Eagle Eye.

    As I advised and Limpar posted, I did what I believed to be in the best interests of the league. I asked for someone to take over last summer and this summer and no one stepped up. I'm trying to get a draft complete so we can all be ready in advance and enjoy the 2020 league season. In doing so I have removed Eagle Eye. He's not coming back. The draft shall continue as is. I stand over that ruling as commissioner.

    'I've been in this league since it started and I love it. I posted on the league thread that I was back this year. If the emails to all league players didn't go through I don't understand why not because I sent an email through the site. I also posted on the ESPN Dynasty league message board that I was back. I never got a personal email from Brinty. I got an email from ESPN and I responded to it.
    I've been very busy due to moving into my new house but I've managed to keep tabs on things as best I can.
    I posted in this thread that I was back in June. That should have been the end of it.
    Jaded Walker received an email from a new player who said he was Brinty's friend. I don't think it's fair to kick out a long time member to facilitate a friend.
    This stinks to high heaven. I love this league and have never done anything to anybody. There is no good reason for me to be kicked out like this.
    I think the rest of the players in the league should all have an input in this. I'll be saddened if they all agree that this is fair and I should be excluded.'

    This is the last message I'm posting for Eagle Eye.

    Can all of you please help me with this. I love this league. I've done nothing wrong. I posted here that I was back, I posted that I was back on the league message board before I was removed from the league. I just bought a new house and moved in, as you can imagine I've a lot of domestic work on my hands at the moment. Can you please check your emails and see if you got an email from ESPN as I'd imagine that is how it was sent? Can you check the message board on the dynasty league and see if you can find the message I posted there. I am aware that the GM can delete those messages.
    Can you all give your opinion on what's happening here. I've been in this league for eight years and I feel.like I'm being treated terribly here.
    I've been in contact with Brinty by email today. It appears he is in bad form, I'm not sure if it's with me or something else. I've never had any issues with Brinty that I'm aware of.

    I for one think it was very harsh for Eagle Eye to be booted from the league. I understand there was the issue of him being banned and confusion about the email he sent (he did send an email saying that he was back in the dynasty league but actually sent it in the Boards PPR league site and not the dynasty one but the headline of the email referred the dynasty league) I think this is very unfortunate

    I also had a look back at this thread and pick 2.03 was autopicked for EE and the post straight after by Masked Man said that EE confirmed to him the day before that he is back. It was only after that that his replacement announced himself on the thread.

    This is a Boards league for Boards members. We have just booted a long time member of this forum and original member of this league to fit in 2 guys who joined Boards this month with the sole purpose to join this league.

    I'm not attacking anyone here, i just think it is extremely harsh to lose a valued boards member in this fashion.

    I agree entirely with Spongey. I would also add that the league is eight years old at this stage. That is a significant period of time to be managing a fantasy team. From my own point of view, I've invested a lot of time into my team and would like to think there's a fairly high bar for me to be replaced by virtue of that commitment over the last eight years.

    This is my favourite league and I'm grateful to Brinty for being GM (and for trying to prompt some action!) but I don't agree with ee being replaced.

    Also just to clarify, I saw ee's league wide messages in this and the ppr league (it was clear that they were mistakenly switched). Ee didn't contact me directly. I think more than 24 hours had elapsed since 2.01 so I was posting to try move things along.
