Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

running shoes

    any one recommend some running shoes.

    Only doing 5 to 10 km runs 3 to 5 tines a week.

    Started on 20th June and sole is pretty much gone in runners already . Bought them on the 19th of June. At most I have 130 km in the month. Sole is pretty much worn through on both runners already.

    Currently wearing Brooks ghost 12. Any one recommend a runner that I would get more out of

    I suggest you contact Brooks about your Ghosts as you should get more than 130km out of them.

    It's very hard to recommend runners. It's very individual. It's worth visiting a good sports shop at least once to get individual advice.
