    Who is defending that? Honestly?

    Blueplanet for a start.

    But yeah, i condemn it.
And that warranted being almost kicked to death by a bunch of cowards? Wow.

Your response was far too predictable.

Because, if you think about it for a minute, remove all your emotional energy. Without prejudice, it will not be the best look for any Black Lives Matter campaign using him as a poster boy and the all the murals being painted.

Why does it matter? Does his life matter less because he potentially did porn? Does it make it more acceptable that a police officer murdered him? Does it make it less protest worthy?

So we must not disrespect black mobs by trying to defend ourselves.

The video shows whites in that ruckus too, interesting that you've only cited "black mobs".

    Two totally random unconnected events.😬

Seems pretty half hearted to me.

Yes anything he did in his life that can be brought up means he is less deserving of his rights or treatment above that of an animal

The video is quite clear, no amount of shooting the messenger will change that. But of course we all know Attacking the source of information is the tried and tested tactic of progressives.

Ill support attacking the messenger long before ill support attacking the guy on the ground that died with 4 cops on or around him.

My point wasnt about a specific video (though if a video of 3 news crew getting arrested can be disputed in meaning and blame ill certainly ask questions of a video that starts right before the bit that the author needs it to) but Andy Ngo in general.

Id trust a random person putting the video on twitter before I'd take what he says at face value. Its very convenient it starts right there where it does.

If CNN did that , you'd be hammering them.

That read like your keyboard just got an awful beating.

Again, remove all your emotional energy and read my reply. It will not help the Black Lives Matter campaign using him as a poster boy. Porn is an abusive industry which is very damaging to women, he was a part of it. That’s just the way it is, no matter how much you would prefer to deflect and say it doesn’t matter, it does, it is not good for his role in the campaign of Black Lives Matter which has seen a massive resurgence in the last week.

This is the kind of garbage Ireland has to put up with forever more now because of our 'commitment to multiculturalism', as our president was quoted as saying recently.

It doesnt matter a thing what he did in the past or right up until he ended up on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back. Its totally irrelevant.

They're trying their hardest to import American racial politics and discourse and apply it to Ireland.

    Any protest in Ireland?

Time to take to the streets in solidarity!

The unemployable weirdos of the Connolly Youth Movement were making the usual tit of themselves at Hapenny Bridge I do believe.

They're a handsome bunch of high achieving go getters if you care to check their Facebook page.

    Wrong.

You obviously know nothing of the US court system.

People are getting killed in America by police and in riots, and this is what's annoying you? A twitterer complaining about journalism in Ireland?

Just absolutely vile. Saddened I witnessed this...

    Dirty filthy animals..

This is what rioting and anarchy is..

But hey, to many, it’s just theft....can’t get worse than that, can it? Man was in their way.....collateral damage.....

How is it wrong? Go ahead and explain. What was he going to do to them from that position to warrant a knee on the neck for 10 minutes and what has the courts system to do with that?

What has his past got to do with them killing him (ill say them, because 2 others were on him t, at least for a time, holding the rest of his body)

Everything will be brought up that him or his family have ever done will be used to show he is less deserving of human rights. If his cousin smoked a joint you will hear about it.

That's the thing about human rights and fair treatment it applies to everyone.a lot of people don't like that fact. Should only apply to upstanding citizens.

The defense will say that he was resisting arrest, and that he died, not from the knee-asphyxiation, but his underlying health conditions...

Nobody can know for sure, but it's likely that Chauvin does not get convicted of murder in the 3rd here...
True, but if they don't put him away for murder then all hell is going to break lose.

It can be pretty awful for men as an industry as well and this is well documented. So no your point isn't valid. The fact he did porn will not matter.

Even if it turned out that he was a terrible human being, it doesn't matter given what happened. He is an example of completely undue force being used by the police resulting in his death. Do you think his death was completely unjustifiable?

They are just using the current bandwagon.

If you scroll down through their flow the agenda becomes pretty clear.

All deflection tactics, its been evidenced across this thread and the Ahmoud Arbery one (and loads of others im sure) . Broaden the discussion as much as possible and bury the stuff you dont like. In this case the treatment of minorities in America by getting as much as possible on to the thread about black peoples crime in general , trying to focus conversations on anything the individual that was killed might have done in the past etc.

Character testimony and previous run-ins with the law are a huge part of court cases in the US. Have a look at some videos of OJ's case.

He was a wanted felon therefore they could argue brute force was warranted to restrain him.

I'm not defending the cop's actions but this guy was no saint.
