    Malawi would have got my vote in any other round. It is a great flag.

    But Mozambique: books, hoes and bullets. Tells a story that one.

    Latvia 100%, purely on the alleged back story of the flag. it was originally a bloody tunic flown after a battle and they kept the likeness since.

    Latvia - I was in Riga a few months ago and the flag grew on me while I was there.

    I vote Latvia. I like the deep colour and I respect them for the simplicity of the single horizontal line. No fancy second line involved. Just one: deal with it.

    Chile is a close second.

    Luxembourg is very unassertive. Which makes sense considering it's bigger neighbours. But the colour palate is very uninspiring.

    Is that Foghorn Leghorn on the Uganda flag?

    I think it just shades Ethiopia though. Black on a flag looks well.

    Uganda.

    Everything about it. The amount of horizontal stripes; they really went for it. The crazy colour scheme. And they've got a funky looking bird standing on one leg holding it together. Really puts the message out there that you're in for a unique experience in Uganda.
