    Definitely Kiribati.

    Libya is an improvement on their previous flag to be fair.

    Sudan is just another generic Arab country flag, there are loads of them and I don't particularly like any of them.

    Hadn't realised Libya had changed. Used to be a good quiz question - what country has only one colour in tis flag? Libya, and it used to be just green

    As a side note there is a thins called Pan-Arab colours

    Most, if not all, Arab countries have flags that contain the colours black, red, white and green

    Tight between Ireland and Kenya.

    Ireland by a nose since it's a weak enough group.

    Ireland won't go far, but I think it deserves to beat those two.

    One of only 9 national flags without red or blue in it. So it does stand out, albeit there's not a huge amount more you can do with a plain tricolour.

    Was thinking about this when someone mentioned it yesterday. I've got:

    Ireland
    Ivory Coast
    India
    Pakistan
    Niger
    Nigeria
    Qatar

    I know I'll kick myself when I see them, but what are the other two?
