Gg guys. The last four words were difficult to link

Pin was needle and change (tough one that, like change pin number) not sure where ye got ambulance from :0
Pea was nut and giant (jolly green giant)

yes, so there you go, you got needle.
now go find the other word that pin is clueing.

You don't use the word you just found as the clue to find aother word, that is, getting ambulance.

    imho.

So when I clued boring 3 previously to you, you didn't use one of the words to figure out one of the others?

Its rhetorical, becuaee you did :D

I have never used that tactic before, in using one word to clue another. Its an interesting way to play tho. I can see how you got ambulance now.

Tbf, change would have been very difficult to find from pin. I just couldnt think of a better clue at the time.

Gg guys. Also thought we were done after the opening 5 clue!

I thought pin was maybe police.

But couldn't have been ambulance. You’re not gonna say pin for needle and ambulance. You’d say injection or nurse/paramedic etc
