Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    #10 Safety Dance - it's a class song that manages to be loads of fun while still not being a mere "novelty" song. Would rather see it do well in the Best 80's Tune thread than here though. :p
    #11 YMCA - because OZone bugs the hell out of me.
    #12 Baby Shark - I can see why the Scissor Sisters might fall into the category of a "feelgood tune" but it doesn't really fit either chuckle or cringe for me.
    #13 Star Trekkin' - funny song and not Jedward (though tbf Lipstick was probably the least bad thing they recorded so won't begrudge them that)
    #14 and #15 No opinion, pass
    #16 Do The Bartman - seems to fit the brief better to me

    Match 17: Barbie Girl - both great songs, but this one wins because of the "come on Barbie, let's go party" bit.

    Match 18: Sweet Like Chocolate - better song, simple as.

    Match 19: The Fox (What Does The Fox Say?) - surely this is the type of song that deserves to go far as it's equally funny and cringey.

    Match 20: Teletubbies Say "Eh Oh" - if this came on in a club, it's the one more likely to get me on the dancefloor of these two songs.

    Match 21: Rat Trap - Absolute classic, Dustin at his peak and Geldof with his two black snots hanging out of his nose. Also, it was one of my nominations.

    #18 Wonderwall (unironicaly prefer this to the original!)
