Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Seems Paula Radcliffe is going to take over the coaching mantle from Salazar..
Keeping the Nike family nice and tight..
The only surprising thing for me is that it is Paula and and maybe not Gary, as there is a believe that Salazar is still catching Mo Farah and Gary only a decoy to keep UKA and others happy..
Same strength coach as before, same backroom staff as when she was at NOP. New coach living 6000 miles away with a 9 hour time difference and new coach has actively been avoiding saying anything about Salazar.
Paula makes sense. Ties to IAAF to keep it beyond reproach and now that the WR is in the hands of an East African it plays up the narrative having former WR holder in her corner.
This is trolling at the highest level that even walshb would be proud of
