Christmas Dinner sets?

Has anyone seen any really christmas themed dinner sets? The only nice ones I can find online are in Asda. Also the one in Asda is a 4 place setting so I would need to buy 2...Was hoping M&S would have some but they have let me down!

Brown Thomas also used to have Christmas plates in their Household section.
Years and years ago ago I bought there a beautiful large serving plate, which we pair with white plates at Christmas.

From what I know they are generally expensive but I would recommend waiting for a few more weeks until more stuff pops up.
You'd generally end up having to buy two sets or all items separately.

Thanks - I actually ended up getting some stuff from Asda which I really like....although the HS&M christmas santa cake stand has my name all over it!

Funnily enough we need to pick up some extra dinner sets. Have 15 for dinner this year and whilst recently reorganising our new kitchen realised we've had a few breakages this year that leaves us well short... suspect we'll go for all year round sets though, suspect the cost of matching dinner sets for 15 would be a tad pricey for us.

Havent bought plates in years, have no idea where to start TBH.

I wanted the whole lot, but the range have lovely plates and stuff. I guess its down to whether the dinner sets on offer suit your needs or not. The 4 place settings that comes with mugs wouldn't be for me.

If you find some, let me know. We are in our house over 4 years & every year, I look for a dinner set but still haven't bought one. I just want dinner plates, side plates & bowls. Not massive dinner plates either - what is it with dinner plates being absolutely huge these days?

Christmas dinner for me would usually be around 15 people and I was finding it difficult managing breakages and things not matching. I decided to move away from the dinner service as I couldn’t keep up with it and I wasn’t using the bowls or mugs.

A few years ago I went to Ikea and I bought 25 white dinner plates and a storage box. They are easy to store and I only use them when we have more people than usual.

We don’t have starters on Christmas Day so I don’t need bowls for that but for dessert I use glass bowls or glasses depending on what we’re having and I have glass cups for coffees afterward.

15 PEOPLE!! Good god how do you cope, I panic if I have to cook for more than 2!!

I’d love that!! Only problem is they use fast way to deliver so it would probably end up as a Christmas jigsaw after the delivery driver throws it into the porch from halfway down the drive.
