Rams extremely lucky that the refs blew that play dead. Thought it was a clear fumble. Why didn’t the refs just let the play go and then check the replay.

Saints fans are deservedly livid...horrible by the refs

    Shocking call.

In agreement with Troy/Joe there. Just let the play finish and then decide if it's a fumble or incomplete pass. No need to blow the whistle there.

    Seriously, Denver are a mess.

Calling a timeout with 9 seconds left in the half....without the ball?
Bolles with his 3 holding calls in the first half.
Noah Fant 1-1 with Mack....predictably results in a sack.
No hits or pressures on a QB in 6 quarters.
    3 points.

If Oakland can keep this even remotely close, Mahomes could break the all time single game yardage passing record maybe?

  • Registered Users Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

    Mahomes is outrageously talented

    Raiders getting ripped apart

I think Mahomes will be breaking a lot of statistical records this season.

Early doors, but the AFC looks like another Patriots Chiefs battle for who'll be the home team in the AFC Championship.

seriously thinking of switching to watching the Chiefs game full time....it's champagne football...Denver is more like cooking sherry.

If Bolles was on the Bears o-line I would no longer have a working TV to watch any game.

....terrible throw by Carr....hope they show him running to the sideline to meet Gruden.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,599 ✭✭✭ScrubsfanChris

Just when the raiders look like they might make things interesting, one of the highest paid QBs throws an end zone INT

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Looks like a TD in Denver to me...another killer holding call gave the 1st and goal at the one.

That might be enough to win the game they way the Denver O is struggling.

80 yard drive from the Bears, every one of them on the ground.

Another absolutely nonsense flag on the Bears. What is Goldman supposed to do?

Perfect form on that tackle. I don't get it.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Denver catch a big break with a questionable roughing call....they absolutely need a lifeline to stay in this game.

In holding news, Bolles avoids a 5th penalty as it seems they called the wrong number....

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

Holy ****....terrible throw from Flacco. Not sure why you wouldn't try to run it there.....Bears D looked tired, and I'm guessing you would be going for it on 4th down anyway. The only outcome you don't want there is a TO, and that's what Flacco delivered....ah well. Promising drive up to then.,

    Kyle Fuller!

Lads I'm wondering will we be talking about Patrick Mahomes as a generational QB in this league in years to come ? At one point last year I gave up trying to describe the guy properly. At times it was like watching a real life version of madden.

I hope so. He does the most ridiculous things (in a good way) regularly.

My only fear is he looks a bit undersized, and wonder if he might be injury-prone.

**must be an illusion, he's listed as 6-3 230lbs....a unit!

    4th and game for Broncos.

My only hope is a phantom roughing the passer call!

  • Registered Users Posts: 39,404 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

    1st down Broncos.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,700 ✭✭✭MileHighGuy

    Delivered a bullet there......still a slim chance.
