Hey, what happens if you win something but the shop is out of stock? I won a KitKat a few days ago and went in yesterday to collect it. The woman in the shop told me to come back in a few days but I had already activated it so only had 30 mins left. Should I have gotten a different bar instead?

it must depend on the store because I won a peanut Fulfill bar last week and they told me to pick a different Fulfill as the peanut one was out of stock.

Don't swipe to redeem until you are in the shop and have picked up the item. You only have 3 days (I think) from the time you win it, so not sure "come back in a few days" would work.
