Ok.. tough one! Ive a 19km training run that coincides with a trip to Glenmalure. Any routes in the vicinity that are somewhat easy? Im not afraid of hills, just dont want to do 19km of them (just yet!). Around glendalough/laragh is good too.
    Thanks!!!

Glenmalure, Greenane, Ballinaclash is as good as flat. Or go to Glendalough early and run around the lower lake and out/back to the abandoned miners village.

Glenmalure to Ballinaclash is hilly. From Glenmalure crossroads (with Glendalough) the road to Baravore is flatish as it runs along the floor of the valley beside the river. And out and back on this twice and back towards the Greenane direction would be fairly flat.

But hilly is good! And the hills around there are fab. Lots of trial options.

I've ran the ballinaclash to Glenmalure route a few times, enjoyable 10km route one way, so you could easily make it a 19km loop :) it's a bit hilly but not too bad.
