Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Architect recommendation in Cork

    Hi All,
    We are looking to building a house near Cork City and have bought a site with full planning permission. However we would like to change the layouts substantially and are looking for a good architect who can develop imaginative concepts so we can reapply for planning. I use the term imaginative as we can't see how the current layout will work with what we want while at the same time we don't wish to massively change the elevations incase re-planning is denied. Any recommendations will be highly appreciated. TIA

    In the same boat. We had two consultations as part of the Simon Open Door event 5 years ago but a variety of stuff happened between then and now meaning we’re back to square one. Any recommendations (feel free to PM) for an architect to design an extension and attic conversion in a three bed semi in south Cork city would be welcome.
