Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Was all set on Salah (c) but noticed just now he's the early match today. I know it's stupid but I hate having the Capt in the early game of the GW. Even moreso when it's an away match.

    Other options are lacazette and Kane. Thoughts?

    I’d go with Laczaette.

    Transfers were
    Mane to Snod
    Arnie to PEA

    I didn’t want to take a -4 but hadn’t much choice because of injuries.

    We have pretty similar teams, not tempted with some Arsenal cover? I’ve flipping between

    A) Kane to Aubameyang and reverse next week

    B) Laca for Jimenez but would be a -8 with Alonso out to fund it

    C) doing nothing and going without Arsenal

    At the moment it’s option C that’s winning and seeing your team makes me feel better knowing I won’t be the only one with no Arsenal!

    Would you not prefer to start Yedlin over Bennett, mate?

    Looks primed for a Rafa defensive special IMO while I always fancy them to score at home against those teams outside of the top 6 or 7.

    For the first time this season I've benched Alonso.AWB in for him but might just go for Bennett as I've more confidence in Newcastle not scoring when compared to West Ham.

    I’m still convinced that Aubameyang will be rested but based on various captain polls I fear the damage if he isn’t and even if he is, he’s scored 15 and 12 the last time he came off the bench.

    Money in the bank to get a Spurs defender or Bellerin in for Kolasinac when things become clearer over the next week or so.

    Stuck in the mud in 3rd spot in a couole of my league for a while now. Big gamble today to try and make up some ground on leaders. Did Salah to Mkhitarian and Perez to Lukaku. Armband with big Rom. I am aware there is a chance neither will start. Pray for Pighead.

    My issue with Arsenal is I refuse to go -4 on Auba when there's every chance he gets a small rest.

    I won't get Laca in for -4 as past today, am I guaranteed that he starts every game?

    Kolasinac is the only other Arsenal player i'd consider.

    Really tricky decisions this week. Want Auba, but I'm happy with my forward line as is, and I'd need a -4 to get him. Added complications with Martial and Trippier being injured. I have AWB and Bennett to sub in for them, so not the worst, but I've only Diangana behind that if anyone else misses out.

    Current forward line is: Jimenez - Wilson - Kane.
    To get Auba in, I'd go Salah -> Sane and Wilson -> Auba. Armband would go from Salah to Auba.
