I thought the 6 month release clause was only in the situation a national job came knocking?

Are the Bulls going to be able to match JvG's current contract?

No way Rassie goes to all the effort to plant someone in the Irish setup just to pull them out with less than a year to go to the quarter final.

I wonder who'll take over from van Graan? It's too early for O'Gara.

    What about Eddie O'Sullivan?

Murray plans on being back on the field for Munster in advance of the Castres double header according to the man himself.

Couple of worrying things for Champions Cup so far... (early days though especially when you include the ridic windy Exeter match which was a slog)

Numbers don't really translate to similar ones in Pro 14 but it's a different kettle of fish all-the-same.

You would need to provide the number of lineouts on own throw in order to give context to those statistics tbh.

Guess Who's Back, Back Again? JJ's Back, Tell a Friend
ESPN stats has us at 11/14 won vs Exeter and 7/11 vs Gloucester. Unfortunately, I think a majority of those lost were when Marshall was on. He struggled in Exeter (in terrible conditions, so fair play to Scannell) and didn't have a great start to the Gloucester game.

Good to see that Goggin reckons he'll be back by Christmas though!

    🤪

They still have context even if it is a low sample size. The information is still useful, but delicate.

    Own Lineouts Vs Chiefs:

    Won 12
    Lost 2

    Own Lineouts vs Gloucester:

    Won 9
    Lost 2

See the bold part is your problem. The sample size is too small to make any conclusions. The line out was outstanding in Exeter considering the conditions and Scannell was 100%. What are the stats taking in all 8 games we've played this season?

And as pointed out, the lost line outs coincide with Marshalls throwing.

Compiling the original list took a bit of the time. Now it takes a minute to update.

It's not making any conclusions - It's worth looking at all the same. Like I said earlier, it's delicate, but striking (especially since Gloucester would be the easiest match in the group on paper)

If you're not making any conclusions, then why bring it up? The line out was excellent in a gale in Exeter and hit and miss in the next game. All the issues were with the same hooker who's normally very reliable. It's neither delicate nor striking as the sample size is too small.

My MRSC pack arrived this morning. Nothing but a sticker and a cheap pair of gloves. It's really very poor considering the quality of hats, scarves and offers we used to get!

Wonder are there stats in relation to turnovers/lineout ball stolen? POM has been a menace at the breakdown and lineout this year

Our lineout mishaps are down to when Marshall was on the pitch. This is something that has crept into his game the past while, will be keeping an eye on it to see is it a regular occurrence - he's a fabulous player but needs to do his primary role

It's something to consider and not make a conclusion on. More, something to keep an eye on if it becomes a trend. You don't need to get aggressive about it.

Apparently the gloves are touchscreen friendly which is handy, however they do look like €1 penneys jobs.

Might be worth getting the associated member as tickets can be picked up quite easily these days. Sure we dont have any 20% voucher with Lifestyle anymore either.

If you think that was being aggressive, then I'd suggest internet forums aren't the place for you.
