    Hi, I was just trying to see what speeds are available, possibly moving from Vigrin Media due to a price increase.

    When I out in my address online it says that fibre hasn't reached the address, I don't know the phone number but there is definitely a line in the house. Can someone check this out?

    The only department that will be able to assist you with finding this number, is Sales and you can contact them directly at 1800503303. They will also advise you whether you qualify and what speeds you can expect.
