Had injury concerns about Walcott & Cairney coming into this gameweek. Then Fraser gets injured... now Seamus Coleman is injured too. Having already used my free transfer to avoid losing value (Firmino > Vardy) I may now revisit the possibility of wildcarding as may not field 11 players this gameweek now if

Could just hope for the best and roll the dice on Walcott being fit as would have AWB to come in for Coleman?

    Head now wrecked. Any advice?

Mock up a few WC drafts for a worst case scenario.
The pressers will hopefully tell you a hit (or two) will suffice.

Disregardusing your FT anyway, as when using the WC it wouldn't carry to next week anyway.

Try assess it objectively, if its just one week you're worried about and had a particular week in mind for the wildcard, consider the free hit.

Using the free hit chip for something like this is madness. A double gameweek in the second half of the season is a better of use it in my opinion.

Just short .1 to do Salah/Walcott to Mane/Hazard for -4. Might go to -8 as I want to get rid of Mata as well

Think I'll give Mkhi another week. Rumours about Ozil leaving plus Mkhi may not be able to play in Azerbaijan so should feature in gameweek's 7 and 8.

Can’t be true because at this rate with the Walcott and Mkhi news I’ll be able to carry my FT.

I just can’t see that happening.

Slightly tempted but I'm waiting to see how Utd get on this weekend first. If they are in decent shape I will consider their players as they have a good run of fixtures but am hesitant to go there just yet.

Yeah, Utd have been really shaky. Sometimes they look really good and the next minute they are championship quality. Still good differential to consider

My team is in a bit of trouble and I’m languishing around the 1m rank, with
    Team is:
    Foster,
    AWB, Alonso, Robertson
    Salah, Dilva, Siggy, Neves
    Kun, Firmino, Ings
Not playing: Speroni, Coleman, Shaw, Hudson-Oki. No money in the bank. Only one transfer.
    Toying with several ideas,
    A:Coleman/Shaw to Mendy/Bennett
    B:Coleman to Bellerin.
C:Coleman/Hudson to Bennett/5.8 mid maybe Kante
And a real left field which I am really tempted by
D:Coleman/Firmino to Peltier/Lukaku, there is a chance that Shaw could play this weekend.
    E:wildcard.
    Tempted by D.

I wouldn't call that team/squad a mess at all but you're unfortunate to have both Coleman and Shaw out at the moment.

I would be looking at getting Mendy in, regardless of injuries. So...

    Coleman/x -> Mendy/x

Getting rid of Shaw could be a waste (if you switched Coleman for Mendy we'd have the same back 5)

If Richarlison was due back this weekend I'd be switching Siggy out for him. If price rises aren't going to bite you then saving you transfer for next week wouldn't be a disaster.

    @patmac

    Not b or c that's for sure.

A is a safe move or D if you feel punt but risky.

I think I'd wildcard to be honest.

I'd probably do A. Shaw might play but can't see United keeping a clean sheet. Mendy would be a priority for me at this stage and Bennett is a good bench option though I'd nearly play him over AWB this week if Tomkins is still out - don't fancy Palace defence when he's not playing.

Gotta get Walcott out, back to Richarlison seems the obvious move.
    Anyone else thinking the same?

Took a -4 and -8 the past 2 weeks and now think I'm banking. Weird season

Debating whether to give Eriksen another week or two.

Hasn't scored in his last 10 GWs but 2 goals in the Int breaking is promising.

Playing different role with Denmark. He doesn't have set pieces with Spurs at the moment either. I dumped him last night in case he dropped.

Considering switching Salah to Hazard but trying to talk myself out of it. Liverpool home to Southampton next week and all.

Am I mad to be considering Robertson to Alonso for a hit? Already have Hazard and Pedro.

Im still holding onto my ft a bit tempted to do Jimenez to ings for an interest in the Monday night game but don't think it's worth it. Mhki and siggy could be problems but 1 more week will tell me alot and can fix them with 2 ft next week

Still have miki and Pedro as rotation risks and now Fraser may be injured
But for possibly the first time after an int break I think I’ll bank
I’ll have an extra FT on the many many wildcarded next week then ;)

    1. Start Mkhi
    2. Bench him for AWB
    3. Sell him for Maddison

    Help?!

    Salah/Walcott => Hazard/Dilva for -4

    Stupid?

    I went for number 3.

I'm a United fan so I should have known better than to rely on him.

Why is jimenez of wolves yellow flagged anyone?.

Transferred out zaha because of injury for jimenez on wednesday.. checked team & twitter feed thursday evening and it looked like zaha is fit to play and jimenez yellow flagged ..

    The joys of FPL!.

sent home from international duty with a minor knock.

also, that's more the 'joys of transferring before internationals', than 'joys of FPL'. if you do early transfers, you're running a heavy risk of injury, or at least doubt. players are sent back to their clubs with minor knocks these days, so it's hard to know where to stand.

No, but he has missed lots of chances.

I'm sticking with him myself, but I can see why some are switching.
