    OMG the Gelatelli Magnum style ice creams on special in Lidl at the moment, white chocolate with crispy bits and strawberry ice-cream. Somebody stop me!!!!

    I used to be attempting that when I was a kid. I was always in the kitchen though growing up.

    I never liked baking , always helped me Mam in the kitchen , but not making pastry , didn't appeal to me tbh :o

    Cottage Pie with mushy peas and a few slices of bread for the mop up. A big glass of bainne for the wash down. It was lovely! Gonna watch some TV.

    coffee so far. Far too much food in the dwelling just now! Always the same after a rare "big shop".... I found myself getting excited as I got near Mr Price! Supermarkets are great when you are rarely there....

    so just coffee, oh and a glass of cold milk, so far..

    I was very very bold this lunch time. A homemade platter for one containing spicy wedges, chicken wings, onion rings and a variety of dips.

    soup... managed y'day to make JUST enough for 2 servings... chicken, onion. carrot and I think a little broccoli,,, whizzed up ... rather fine

    Had lovely veg soup at lunch with brown bread, not hungry for dinner, so it's salad roll and a cup of tea.

    I love coddle! Was yours the traditional clear type or did you add some Oxtail soup to make it look more pleasant?
