A work friend of mine was in the the Amy Adams/Matthew Goode film 'Leap Year'. (We have running joke about it, without exchanging words. He's also in the official trailer). Physical humour, eh? :pac: Oh, he's an extra in The Tudors.

Personally, I'm so sad that my telly thing was on a UTV news report about unemployment in the Irish Republic, in the early 90s (on O'Connell Street). I didn't even see it. I was told by a fellow student when I was a student too. And I was only spotted because of height.

I and my family have been on 6-one News - it was summer we were down at the seaside enjoying out 99 cones and an election was on - Michael Noonan was running for leader (and tea shop, whatever its called) and there's me and the family sat on a wall when we was approached by an RTE reporter "is it OK if we film you for the news?" - yeah why not we said - "OK I just want to get it as though Micheal Noonan is pretending to steal your son's Ice cream ... and 'Roll!" .... and the rest is history , we starred on six-one and 9 o'clock news :)

Lets see - I was briefly in JoMaxi (any boardsies old enough to remember that show?:o) as a 14 year old as part of a group of secondary school pupils asked our opinions on modern buildings in Dublin.

My 19 year old mug very very briefly features on an episode of John Creedon's The Road Less Travelled as he flashes back to footage of Feile 1994. An old mate saw it and notified me!

and...that's it. I have had my name in the newspapers quite a few times - for the right reasons (my research).

Episode of Househunters (wouldn't recommend it, they did nothing for us and yer one is a bitch, Dermot actually quite a nice chap) and a few episodes of Vikings that I may or may not have been in. (Would definitely recommend being an extra for Vikings, even just for the experience. Having a big shaggy beard helps)
