    I was interested until the part where it explains that you can purchase a 4th transfer during each game round (you get 3 by default). You can make your tansfers during the game round - effectively giving you 14 players per round if use your 3 f/t this way, and 15 players if you purchase that extra 4th transfer. It's free to play other than that 4th transfer purchase trick, which is a pity as your chances are going to be diminished quite a bit unless you fork up to have that extra player during each round

    I normally do a Fantasy on excel with a draft game and normal rules for the World Cup. Make up our own scoring too so everything is customisable. Was with mates so whatsapp was used for tables etc. I have all the templates at home for this and all I've to do is copy and paste squads of wiki onto it. Have to manually put the scores in for each player each game but not complicated.

    Custom scoring off top of my head was:
    extra time winner 2 pts
    Final appearance 1 point
    No minus points for yellow card if received for celebrating
    Hattrick bonus

    Let me know if anyone is interested and can do a draft (if enough players) and can start a new thread. Only thing is I'd need a helper filling in scores as don't have near the free time as I did previously. Everything can be done on Google Docs so all can see what's happening.

    Just reading the rules bored the face off my head.

    Far far too interactive round to round.

    I’m not willing to put in the time or effort.

    You’d need to be starting with Belgium and England attackers for the group stages and then offload them all for the second round.

    Zero interest.

    I think they've simplified since last time too! I don't like the captain chip they've come up with removes the skill element even more.

    Totally different in regards to player positions compared to the English Fantasy League.

    David Silva/Sterling etc are down as forwards. Good stuff, because that's what they actually are!
