Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Just got banned from Paddy Power. Was placing 2-5 euro bets on roulette the other night when another player asked me in the chat "did ya loose much". I replied in jest 'the house haha'.

    Roll on a few days and I'm banned with no possibility of it being lifted say Live Chat.

    Is there anything else I can Do? Stupid comment I made but was just a joke.
    Anyone been in a similar situation?

    Also worth noting I don't bet often so it's not because I was beating them

    I told a fella on the powers phone line that I needed to close my account because I was doing an addiction counselling course and the rules of it forbade having betting accounts or drinking. He replied that I was an addict and should get help. He wouldn't listen. Didn't even do the course in the end. Hypocrite's

    Are the two of you serious.Any signs of problem gambling and say bye to your account and rightly so.

    Absolutely, bookies can be accused and are of a lot of stuff but in these instances they are bang on ther money and should be applauded for their course of action.
