Did you manage to get hold of any of the Cork stores? I can't seem to get an answer from any of them. I'll be passing the Douglas one later, so I'm going to call in and see what the story is.

ETA: Wasted journey, as the store is now closed despite still being listed on the Vodafone website :-/ Might try Mahon later.

Ordered mine online and went for click and collect. Payment went through on my card but received no order confirmation email from Vodafone which is really annoying. Got on to the live chat and they chased it up and found the order. They could not tell me if and or when I would get that order confirmation email though! Which is ridiculous. That's surely an automated thing?

They did give me an order reference number, at least it's something, and its in "due for dispatch" mode. But again, that reference doesn't give details of phone etc.

Will I get a receipt when I go to collect the phone in the coming days though? Given I have no order proof of purchase. Thanks

I ordered this morning and got a dispatch notice a few hours later. Sending through an post though I would be shocked if I see it before next week.

Same here, but message a bit confusing, picked up by an post etc,hoping they don't try and deliver , could be next week, lady on VF twitter checked my order number and days mine should be delivered to the shop I nominated,,,,,,fingers crossed,it's a pressy

My Samsung s6 edge is on its way out.. It has the dreaded pink line down middle of the screen.

I'm reluctant to stay with Samsung so looking for a half decent phone.
Would the Nokia 7 plus be much of an upgrade from the S6 edge?

Also seen it on amazon sim free sold directly from amazon for £349

Still no update on my VF order. Waiting on the email to say I can pick it up from my local store.

Can anyone confirm if the Vodafone phone will have dual sim? Or the one on Amazon? Dual sim isn't a huge deal, but I would like the option.

I won't be able to tell if its sim free until this evening when I have access to another sim but I will report back on that asap if someone has not already.

Also I wouldn't hold my opinion too highly because I upgraded from an iPhone 5S so most 2018 phones would be a huge upgrade to me but so far its wellll worth 319yoyos. Easily.

The build quality is unreal, feels good in the hands considering the size, could probably knock a wall down with it. The screen is really nice and very responsive. I'm loving Android One so far, feels less cluttered than other brand launchers or UI's.

So far, it's definitely money well spent I think.

I must get the Pixel Camera App now and give the camera a run through.

edit: and you get a silicone case in the box with it which will keep you going until you get a proper case for it!

I have mine too, it's gorgeous. Can't test SIM either, as my 3 sim is a micro sim, not nano.
