Looking for advice on how to deal with strong powerful runners coming straight at you? How should you approach this situation?

Stand on the balls of your feet. Arms out but shoulders partly tensed. Being moving slightly just before contact backwards or forwards let. Pass out is difficult to deal with but they try to run you over you then last second plant your feet one in front of the other keep a tensed arm of the back foot side out and kinda wrapping around other side fist comes across looking to break the ball and tense that shoulder for taking the impact.

If you get steamroller it could be barging but if not then your out of luck.
