Don't do that. Come up with your own strategy instead of being a tremendous smart arse, there's a good lad.

As Doc and Marty looked around at the destruction of Hill Valley, they could scarcely believe their eyes at what Biff had managed to turn the town into in a matter of months, as he killed all opposition to his rule.

One thing was clear, they were going to need Docs Delorean back to save the town. A small contingent of townsfolk backed Doc and we're ready to give their lives to end Biff's reign of terror.

Unfortunately, this was looking more like a guarantee everyday.

However, Biff had grown lazy, and as he sat comfortably in his office, such was his overconfidence that he had started to relax the security on the compound, underestimating the townsfolk.

Unluckily for him, they had a plan.

It wasn't until he heard the rev of the engine that he thought they would be brazen enough to steal the car back. As he looked out his window, he watched in vain as the car sped into nothingness.

Mods does this mean there was no kill?

Seems like it! Which is good for numbers but bad for narrowing down a list of suspects. If a task wasn't completed then I'm looking at low/no posters, early doors but a high poster could have snuck in a task easy enough

My strategy, right now, given I've got **** all else to do, is call BS on the people who are overeager to try and position themselves into positions of power before the game even really starts.

Anyone with 10 or less posts should be up for lynching imo.

Possible, not 100 percent tho. But possible

I spent all last night copying everyone’s posts into an excel sheet. One word per cell up until Nigel said “I’d do you”.

All my work for nothing :(

Terrible strategy after less than 24 hours.

I did try to tell you, no point in doing anything until we knew if successful or not...

And what, praytell Henry is your counter proposal?

Doc and Marty had traveled back to the year 1955 to enlist the help of more townsfolk, and stop Biff and his empire before he began, and his first recruits would be George and Lorraine McFly, Marty's parents.

What Doc didn't know was that Biff had recreated a flux capacitor, and guessing their intentions, also traveled back to 1955 to do some recruitment of his own.

Yeah but if there had been a kill, most of prep work would have been done. Especially as I’m on phone today.

What if the task was unknown? Then it would be the higher posters we would be looking at.

No task was completed. Stop looking for the fcuking task!

Ah so they get to choose fellow wolves and also fellow roled goodies I'm guessing.

Ok, so no kill means either the wolves be smart and want us to look at no posters OR they didn't manage to do task because they are one of them.

Do we have a list of who hasn't posted yet?

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,936 ✭✭✭Holly WW

Still have nothing to go on.

I’m embracing myself for a rather large amount of random finger pointing this afternoon now. Even though I understand it seems to have begun already

I'm not looking for a task Derry. I'm merely saying why restrict ourselves to lower posters given no task was completed? Seems a narrow view that I do not like. The task could have been random, in which cases higher posters are potentially more likely, or it could've been wolves saying nah I'm not going to try and then they'll think it was a low poster.

So take it down a notch there Derry.

I've just caught up on the thread. Not a lot going on, imo.

Derry stands out as being a bit defensive but it's not a lot to go on at this point.

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,705 ✭✭✭Isla WW

Well thats a good start for us with no kills,

Two possible scenarios are that 1. The wolfs were not active enough to make the task or 2 they didn't do it on purpose because it was too hard or to frame low posters

I would be inclined to believe they werent active enough

Lets see where we are at around 6 or 7.

Im all for low posters getting involved, not up for throwing them under the bus after less than a day.

You realise how flawed your plan is right.....

No plan is better than a foolish plan

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 3,250 ✭✭✭Liam WW

So baddies recruited, which is actually kinda worse than a munch, right? cause we're still down one person but now anyone could have flipped bad. At least if someone is dead they aint a treat

both Derry and Gabby pushed the "Lets look at low voters" quickly together, and i'm not saying its a bad strat, mainly cause I don't have one of my own, but I am making a note they pushed it very close together

If i was a betting man, id say their task was too risky early on to complete

    Thanks mods

Two possibilities spring to mind. Either the wolves aren’t active to do the task or the wolves are active but the task was too difficult/ obvious to be completed successfully.

There’s a small chance of something else like happened in a dream I had before but those seem most likely

The game has moved to 1955 now. And in 1955 Doc and Marty has uncovered two strong allies in George and Lorraine.

Bodyguard - GEORGE MCFLY - With his first book about to be published, George has found the courage to protect one player each night from the morning munch and evening lynch (on same day).

Priest - LORRIANE MCFLY - Now, in the arms of a courageous George, Lorriane will learn the roles of all who are killed.

But the citizens of Hillvalley can't rest too easy as Biff is currently searching for some allies for his own.
