For interest sake and for no other reason that I was fed up...I counted how many times the word 'coffee' was uttered....12 times in tonight's episode. Could they not have a cup of tea occasionally?

All that caffeine makes them frisky... hence the affairs.

Why does Aoife have to dress so dowdy and boring? She’s an attractive woman!!

Is Dermot gone from Fair City for good?

How contrived was the scene in the Pod with Carol walking in on Robbie and Aoife? Telegraphed a mile away when Carol mentioned that Kevin wanted an invoice. As soon as Robbie walked in I started my internal countdown for Carol to appear.

Here's an idea Carol, email your invoices to your customers instead of hand delivering. You could fit a couple more trips to Spar with the time you save.

So Emmet gets a trial but poor auld dermish just rots away in prison :with no chance of a trial

It's gas, Dermot is in for fraud for about a year now and no one seems to care or is trying to get him bailed out, yet, Emmet, a suspected murderer is out on bail after a few days... Who bailed him out anyway?

Debbie! She was probably up at the prison twice a day whinging at the warden "let me son go now" In the end he probably just let him go, no bail needed , anything to shut the whinger up :pac:

Regarding Debbie working The Ballantyne scenes have really being forgotten lately!

Haha good point, Tommy and Jackie seem to be dossing around town together as well, the hotel must be a ghost town.

Laura doesn't seem to be in the gym either and Dan is dead!
We've no garage no since about April.
All we have is people getting coffee.

Did anybody else think Hayley's reaction to Harmone finding out the affair a little odd?
She never had an issue with it before but she looked kind of worried about her sister blabbing. Could her family be very religious or something or one of her parents had an affair and caused family issues.
Or am I reading into things to much?

Robbie’s hair is like a symbol for what he’s going through in life.

Since Carol has found out, he’s hair has been in a right state.

I don’t think I’d want my parents to know either if I had an affair with a married man whether they were religious or not.

I probably just read a lot into it. It was just the first time I felt she felt a little worried!

I notice Harmony keeps drifting off into a country accent (Tipperary or something). Isn't she supposed to be a Dub though?

The actor who plays Harmony seems a bit nervous or something. She's a bit over enthusiastic at times, like she should be in stage. Hopefully she'll settle in soon!

I'm liking having someone to put Hayley in her place though.

That solicitor in her trench coat is really getting on my nerves!

She reminds me of Yvonne. Something about the way she speaks. Anyone else?

Yeah I noticed her accent seems a bit changeable, I think she's from Limerick in real life.

Hopefully she wont and she'll be gone by February

It looks like the whole family might be coming into it - just my guess. A phonecall from their brother and a mention of Mum and Dad last night.

About time because it bugs me that nobody ever mentions their parents or family:confused:

I'd say the solicitor goes to bed in her trench coat :D:D

If they did I'd actually like to be a little old school in a way. Might makes things a little different

I must say about the last few FC episodes, its been really really refreshing to look at characters other than Niamh, Delores and Paul. The raft of young and new characters like Karen, Kevin, Harmony etc definitely makes it more interesting.

I like them because you kind of don't know where there going!

It's obvious that the set for McCoy's is not assembled at the moment.

I think she forgets it herself half the time as well with all the vodka and wine she puts away in the week.

Why is there no real chipper in Carraigstown?

Ah fcuk sake end this Carol/Robbie/Aoife BS Carol is a one track record

    See Robbie, abuse him
    See Aoife, abuse her
See them both together, abuse both but a little louder and crazier

Talks to someone else, borderline abuse them from having to listen to her abusive rants about Robbie, Aoife and the Pope

P.S. Did I mention her abuse?
