I did buy 2 codes last week however, in case it's a per customer limit!

You doing this from the Xbox Console or by logging into your live account on a PC?

If you are trying it from the console, I would login to your account on a PC and try redeem it there.

I had the same issue recently but once I tried from a PC it accepted the code.

Last sub was bought off ebay so goodness knows!

Got onto Support and they cancelled codes and gave me two new ones, still got the same error message

They said you can only stack at the one time, as in each sub at once so I couldn't as I still had four months left of my current sub.

End result is to just wait until current sub expires and then redeem the two replacement codes.
