I think it was the right call to get rid of this character as he was going nowhere. Ama is no loss either as her character had become pointless too. Kerrie Ann next please. All these characters need to get a makeover or else be gone. The poorer episodes of FC tend to have a top heavy dose of characters like these 3 because there is nothing much that can be done with them it would seem.

There is a chance now to improve the Emmett character. So far, he has been shown as reckless and not smart and easily taken in. I think a full prisoner not coping very well story could be good. Maybe Dermot could be brought back too. They improved his character last year. Damian is another character they could exploit. I think he has always been a very angry and controlling individual with something clearly wrong in his makeup. It is time to take this further.

The whole Billy Meehan thing was 17 YEARS ago by this stage and she is still banging the whole rough upbringing card, its completely played out. Its not even realistic that someone like Carol with her business mind and so many bad memories locally would choose to hang around. The sooner she is sacked the better, they have literally nothing left for her.
