Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

What's yours or do you think it's all b*llox? Use ACN myself (apple cider vinegar with mother) diluted with water, but disgusting as it tastes I must admit the clear out of toxins and what like is a marvel. Feeling great too even though Jan is about to hit us.

December is dreadful for getting sucked into the 'sure it's Christmas' vibe. January I try to eat lighter, and throw in the odd homemade juice. I'm always glad of it, because you do get tired of feeling like a bloated sloth -_-
