Was it the trade off for knowing Nigel’s role?

Hey mods, if we don’t find out role tomorrow does that mean we have our lynch results back?

    Dammit

With vote results being kept in the dark, WCW have the advantage, as they can always have 3 votes in the bank for any lynch. Doing FFA's and sticking to the results may be our best bet to overcome this.

Yeah this is very bad for the village as all wolves can vote together and not worry about being caught out.

Hmm, would've been handy to know that before we voted for that lynch. We'll have to announce who we're voting for on thread then. Although what will that even do?

Do we know if wolves can communicate? If we don't have vote tallies that would be a +5 every vote.

I'm assuming each team has their own chat room, but they're also competing against each other, so they wouldn't have a combined chat room. Worst case scenario, come lynch time, WCW could combine 3 votes, and ECW could combine 2, but they couldn't intentionally combine all 5

How about we all publicly state who we voted for? Maybe we could keep track of them or something. I know people could lie, but might help catch people out or something.

Well I'm popping off to bed now but I voted for Nigel. The confusion over posting yesterday was too suspicious to me.

Good idea, probably needs a tag too, so we can search back easier

Im thinking if we do FFAs tomorrow we should also post when we vote aswell, gives us clarity and in the event of a tight vote being swung then it at least narrows down the suspects list of who may have switched. Some transparency is needed or we will struggle badly

This. We have no idea what is going on. The more transparency we have, the more likely it will be that we can catch people out later on.

I panicked and didn’t want to vote Nigel

I suppose it will work well if we all have to state who we vote for at precisely 9pm tomorrow. The mods will only be telling us lynch form is closed at that time so we can know the result before they declare it.

    Would that work?

That works. If the result comes back different we know then we have wolves in the mix.

There can be no hiding in the votes then.

Sounds good. Or, at least, the least bad option

You might find it difficult to get everyone to post at 9 but either way people need to post there vote otherwise we are up **** creek. My concern is if its a close vote and wolves jump last minute to swing a 1 vote lynch, we've no way of knowing where those votes came from.

    Great in theory
In practice how many of us are free to do that at 8.59? Personally I had a little more time around Lynch than I expected tonight but don't anticipate that will continue through the week.
Although looking at the ffa, maybe that's not going to be a problem for long :)

Point is, someone posting their vote late potentially creates a wolfy vibe unnecessarily and that's not helpful.

I don't have an alternative to suggest though, so crack on but maybe be mindful of the tightness of the window.

Im in a similar boat, ill post when i vote as i might not get back on. If people are bandwagoning on the first votes it opens up more possibilities for us and gives more lines of investigation

I think if we run the ffa early enough we could ask people to commit to their vote say an hour after the ffa result is in. Its less time for someone to defend themselves but it gives us more control around the vote.

True, i suppose an hour window is fair enough and if people cant commit to it they can let us know early enough. My only concern is if we will actually get much worthwhile info out of it. Worth doing i suppose seeing as we've little else to go on
