Spread on offer from Mr Paddy Power: Leinster -5

This game is the most nervous I have been for a while. It could really all be over by lunchtime today if Leinster don't play well. The real question today and for all of this group is what is "European Pedigree" actually worth. There are a select group of teams who seem to perform better in Europe than they should. Leinster are one of those teams Montpellier are not.

I am hoping for a huge game from Robbie Henshaw. I came down on him hard last week for his attack, but I think himself and Isa can really make a mockery of that Montpellier midfield. Joe Tomane is a winger and Frans Steyn is a 10-12 with an 18 year old inside him. Hopefully we get to him.

    Fingernails time folks. Enjoy.

If anyone happens to know a bar in Japan that might be showing this, feel free to keep that entirely to yourself.

    .

Steyn at 12 is probably a better option than at 10. Although I know nothing of 19 year old Darmon. Pieanaar will babysit and runneth the show from halfback.
Leinster will struggle for cohesion in the backline with a 10, 12 13 that have never played together.
A career defining game for Adam Byrne perhaps?
On the back of the Munster performance he has received his first dose of criticism from former total ledge's such as Dorce and eh...Franno
Byrne didn't have much (any?) defending to do the last time he faced Nadolo. But this is a weaker Leinster team and a much stronger Montpellier side than the previous meeting.
Montpellier have only Jacques DuP Steyn and Nadolo from the 22v16 defeat
& Tomane, Steyn and Nadolo from 57 v 3 demolition

    Prediction: Montpellier by two scores

    Furlong looks shattered already.

Fortunately, Pienaar is as deadly accurate as normal.

Adam needs to start going forward into those Nadolo tackles instead of waiting for the hit...

    Good score, good man Joey.

If I was a cynical man I'd wonder if that knee went in on purpose.

Leinster's line speed is giving Montpellier awful trouble.

Leinster need to contain them and pick off some three pointers.

    Great from Byrne.
