    Munster:
    Andrew Conway, Darren Sweetnam, Chris Farrell, Jaco Taute, Alex Wootton; Tyler Bleyendaal – capt., Duncan Williams;
Liam O’Connor, Rhys Marshall, Stephen Archer; Jean Kleyn, Billy Holland; Sean O’Connor, Tommy O’Donnell, Jack O’Donoghue.

Replacements: Mike Sherry, Brian Scott, Ciaran Parker, Fineen Wycherley, Robin Copeland, James Hart, Ian Keatley, Dan Goggin.

    Treviso:
15 Ian McKinley, 14 Angelo Esposito, 13 Tommaso Benvenuti, 12 Tommaso Allan, 11 Edoardo Gori, 10 Marty Banks, 9 Tito Tebaldi, 8 Whetu Douglas, 7 Sebastian Negri, 6 Francesco Minto, 5 Marco Lazzaroni, 4 Dean Budd (C), 3 Simone Ferrari, 2 Luca Bigi, 1 Federico Zani.

Replacements: 16 Engjel Makelara, 17 Cherif Traore, 18 Marco Riccioni, 19 Federico Ruzza, 20 Abraham Steyn, 21 Giorgio Bronzini, 22 Alberto Sgarbi, 23 Andrea Buondonno

    Player Injury Update
Following a scan for the ankle knock he sustained in Worcester, Gerbrandt Grobler will meet with a specialist next week, Conor Oliver undergoes shoulder surgery this week and is expected to be sidelined until the new year, while James Cronin underwent a knee scope and will be unavailable for the opening rounds of the season.

Liam O'Connor gets a start at loosehead with James Cronin out injured and Kilcoyne rested. Taute and Farrell make up a powerful centre partnership. The back three of Sweetnam-Conway-Wootton is potentially lethal. The Treviso back division isn't too shabby with Ian McKinley starting at 15.

With the exception of Duncan, that's an exciting backline.

Decent looking team considering all that are unavailable. Who's the loosehead?

He's an academy player. Parker and Scott are both tightheads.

Sean O'Connor is listed as a lock in the academy profiles but is starting at 6.

It will be interesting to see how marty banks gets on in the pro 14. He's a very decent out half, great off the tee.

Marco Riccioni on the bench is a top quality prospect.

Treviso backline is excellent, if they get themselves into the right positions they could be dangerous so Munster need to get their exits right and stay stable on their own put in to scrum/lineout. If they do that they should win and a bonus point should be a target.

It's certainly an exciting back 3. I wouldn't be a huge fan of Taute though. And I haven't seen a huge amount of Farrell.

I'm not sure. There's effectively three outhalves in the back division.
The bookies are giving Munster a 30 point handicap, it wouldn't surprise me if it's much closer provided Treviso turn up.

I'd say Munster will be good for that handicap. I'll split screen this and the Ulster game but I suspect I'll mostly just be watching a score ratchet up. Treviso are no great shakes.
