I've tickets for my Dad for next week .. he's 80 & has an old hurling injury that prevents him from walking distances .. if I borrowed a wheelchair to get him to the grounds is there anywhere I could leave .. I really want him to go

Lower tiers in all the stands have a section reserved for people with mobility issues. Just bear in mind that people tend to bail out there if it starts raining heavily.

The problem is that I've ordinary tickets .. he doesn't need assistance when he gets there .. just from the car to the ground .. he doesn't need to be in the wheel chair section .. I'm hoping to abandon the chair in a designated place? Is there such a place ..

Get in touch with Croke Park. They are very good on things like this.

How would someone go about getting wheelchair accessible tickets

County board but at this late stage I'd say they are gone. Give Walsh park a ring in the morning but I do know most wheelchair tickets are die hard supporters.

let him stay in his chair and just wheel him to the wheelchair section at the top of the lower level of the Cusack/Davin corner. That will work no problem.
