Anyone use Wonderweld or similar Prestone Cylinder head gasket repair liquid. Potential head gasket problem on the way but differing views as to the fix. Pour it in and hope or pour it in and increase the risk of everything clogging ?

According to themselves it's the dogs bollocks

According to this video SEALit seems to be good

But what works for car A might not be right for car B, every issue is different and need a different approach.

Either may work but, as you say, its a gamble. From experience, nothing compares to a new head gasket (and a head skim, if required).

Used wonderweld over 20 years ago. When water leaked out of my mk1 fiesta block. Think it was a few frost plug or something

Sealed it up. But must of coated everything as the car would get hotter while sitting in traffic....It lasted for years.

I would only use it to prolong the life of a car that was drifting towards scrappage.

    LMAO

I put wonderweld in my car about 1993.
Sold a year or 2 later.
From records I found out it survived until the great scrappage year of 1997
