How Mbappe didn't score, enough chances for hat trick

Arguably a little early to be looking at winners next season but who do you fancy outright?

As most bookies have it, City and United are joint favourites with Chelsea just behind and Tottenham way back on 9/1. Call me deluded but I really think an each way Tottenham bet is printing money so long as they keep Kane this summer.

The lovely Nigerian league where no one wins more than 3 away matches a season.

    Akwa - Wikki today.

    Akwa win @ 1.2
    Akwa 8-3-0 at home.
Wikki lost all 11 away matches this season.

Not a serious tip obviously but at the other hand, tell me where to get 20% interest in 90 minutes as safe as this seems.

Unreal. Of the 20 teams in this league 19 have got 6 or less away points from 11/12 matches. (The sides with 6 away points are 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th)

    Nice one info.

Thanks for the amazing tip - what site do you use to bet on the Nigerian League? - I can't find it on Paddy Power - thanks

    Try Bet365

Thanks - I imagine Bet365 will have the game odds on the day they are being played

    2-0

As said... with banks giving you a wopping 0.015% nowadays, this bet was less risky

Think I may have come across this article on the boards here. Anyway I'll repost for any who are interested in Nigerian football betting.

    Very interesting article.

Yep, that is a "fun" read.
Another league that used to be a bit like that with away wins a rarity, was Guatemala.
Not as clear cut anymore nowadays.

Hi - I contacted Paddy Power and they don't offer bets on the Nigerian League - can't find it on bet 365 or skybet - do you mind me asking where you placed your bet the other day?

    Thanks

Some leagues only get their matches priced up within 24 hours of kick-off.

According to Oddsportal, there aren't any odds available on Nigerian matches yet. Just click the [Football] section of the sidebar and scroll down and see if you can find anything under "Nigeria" - as of posting this, I can't.

It was available at bet365 the day is was played.

Usually under "rest of the world" or on the list of matches that day. Last list is less accurate though. Often seen matches pop up live that were not on the "today" list (were today is the day of the week, currently friday)

Planning to do a home team win accumulator in the Nigerian League?:)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,194 ✭✭✭✭PopePalpatine

Just a heads-up (even though it's rugby and not football), Paddy Power have enhanced a George North anytime try from 11/8 to 2/1.

He was subbed off before he could score. :(

The best tactic I found when betting on Nigerian league is backing when 0-0 @ HT.

Generally lucky to get more than 3 games but prices are very nice.

I tried the mixing up doubles and trebles etc, but it's a jackpot in that regard.

Prices at 0-0 @ ht tend to be between 1.6 -2.1 depending on league position
