Some nasty , nasty turns with 4 or 5 km to go.

Finish today was very reminiscent of one of Gaviria's wins in the Giro a few weeks ago. Great to see for the young lad.

Also nice to see Eurosport had the women's tour of Britain on too, totally different race to the men's in a good way.

Nico's had an off early on today but bike changed and back on the peleton. Hopefully not hurt.

EDIT: Just a heads up it's back live on ES2 today at 2pm

A team car slammed to a stop in front of him...em

So who does everyone think will win tomorrow

Dan Martin has a good chance

Jesus, I hadn't heard that

EDIT: Who will win ? I hate to say it much as I'd love to see Porte win and he likely will, I'd rather froome did so Kirby can't use his line " usually wins here, goes on to wins the tour " when Froome doesn't the tour this year :D

Not sure what to make of the move to BMC denial by froome today, BMC will likely be called team TAG next year and I'd say that will motivate Porte even more to be honest. Doubt he want's to be second fiddle to Froome again.

The climb and descent of Mont du Chat also feature in Stage 9 of the TdF this year

It's Mens Singles semi-finals day, so only two matches, and they are not on at the same time. So Eurosport should only need one of their channels to show the matches.

The cycling should be on as scheduled on Eurosport 2 at 2pm.

Smith right in saying that descent was made more exciting as it was all shown from the motorbikes.

Oh you could see Porte shout at Froome in that head on slo-mo , and Froome moved out so definitely not deliberate or malicious on Froome's part I'd say.
