Midweek acca: Arsenal -2, Man City -1, United Southampton drawn and under 2.5, Spurs Leicester BTTS.

Bleurgh, one poxy Arsenal goal away. Well why change the habit of a season?

Any thoughts on a big last day acca? Would it be a good day to do all teams to score?

Thinking over 1.5 in all games. The likes of Hull and Sunderland will be demoralised and probably won't bother

Yes you wouldn't want an acca hinging on Sunderland scoring against Chelsea...Will look at the overs

In my stupidity last night I mistakenly placed a large double on Spurs/ Chicago fire along with a small single on Spurs, I meant to do 2 singles and now its all hinging on Spurs and I am not too optimistic at all.

Hail to my drunken stupor and fat fingered mistake.

Luton concede an og in the 95th min to finish 3-3. Sick

Too risky tbh, nothing to play for and Leicester have been great at home since Ranieri left, in all honesty I think Leicester could actually thrash them especially if they play a few kids.

    Well.......

If tonight is anything to go by spurs will do a job on hull sunday, they were relentless tonight

taken a couple of these already as odds will shorten and hoping paddy will enhance the kane wincast again
these will be a lot shorter come sunday esp the kane bets, the two or more will be no bigger than 7/2 imo

kane 2 or more 5/1 bway
    hat trick 22/1 bway

main bet on spurs -1 2.33
    spurs -2 13/4
    spurs -3 15/2

It could be a great day

edit, best on harry two or more is now 7/2 (betway cut it to 5/2 lol/still 20s for the hatr)

Draw guarantees Verona promotion. Facing a good home side like Cesena, there could be an "agreement" similar to the Pro Vercelli v Brescia game last week.

how do they get away with this?

PP doing a crowd powered price boost.

Arsenal, spurs and Leicester. Currently 7/2 could go as high as 8/1. Really just a bet on Leicester at home to Bournemouth as can't see other two not winning.

End price is paid out to all regardless of when you back it. Max bet 25

Gentlemen's agreement... what can you do?

A few years ago Feyenoord needed a win to secure CL qualifiers against Heerenveen
Heerenveen losing to Feyenoord suited them as well as that would mean El qualification would start 1 round later for them.
So..... that finished 3-2 for Feyenoord with a Heerenveen sub asking Koeman 5 minutes from time (2-2) "How many opportunities do we have to give you to score that winner?"

And the winner was actually quite spectaculair in the end by Elvis Manu and not exactly a give away.

but surely it boils down to match fixing?

Maybe. But the non criminal kind i would say if before kick off it is blatantly obvious that certain result suits both.....

Bookies were non the wiser in Feyenoord's case. Had a nice @4.33 to win the match on them when they went behind

Just checked it ... it never was 2-2..... Memory played tricks on me. Heerenveen went 1-0 and then Feyenoord took a 1-3 lead before heerenveen scored 2-3.

Inforfun: How would you rate Ajax's chances in the Europa Cup final? I have only seen them in European matches this season but have been impressed, except for the 2nd-leg collapse against Lyon in the semi. ManU are hard to beat but have been mediocre and over-rated all season. Based on the number of games that United have drawn, just under Evens on Ajax DC seems like a great bet. What's your opinion on the match?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,860 ✭✭✭✭inforfun

All their away matches were quite bad.
    Legia was squeaky bum
Kopenhagen they lost and were lucky to score a goal there
Away to Schalke they needed ET after playing them off the pitch in Holland
    Lyon you know yourself.

The fact they are in the final is for no small part due to luck. Favourable draw, opponents missing key players (Lacazette didnt play in Holland, scored 2x in Lyon).
So it all depends if they play their home form or away form. Wasnt that much different in the league actually, only less obvious.
Also important to see who starts as left back with Viergever suspended. Sinkgraven played there all season and is a former attacker. Useful in attack but still very unreliable as a defender. Riedewald is defensively more solid and less of use in attack.
And then of course there is Mourinho who know how to **** the opponents game up

So that is my objective football brain

    My Feyenoord fan brain:
I wish somehow this EL final could be lost by both.

Championship playoffs can be tricky sometimes. Fulham are in fantastic form and would be my bet to go up. Huddersfield been chopping and changing the team for the last few weeks so hard to know if they can get it together for the playoffs Reading in good form apart from Norwich thrashing them 7-1 and a defeat to Forest.. If I had a bet on what the final would be I'd go for Fulham v Sheffield Wednesday.

    Shows what I know.
