If you eat it angrily you burn extra calories!

I had apple tart for my dinner.

That's actually exactly what I said yesterday while eating chocolate in work.

"I've been angry all week so I'm burning extra calories".

Shouldn't have weighed myself this morning, I have not been half angry enough :pac:

Had some vegetarian ratatouille with mash and green peas for lunch. We've got a new catering company at work and the food is bloody delish.

A really nice piece of sirloin steak. Having that with roast spuds and mixed peppers and onions in a black pepper and garlic sauce.

    Is ratatouille not always vegetarian?

Working abroad this week and had some fine grub. Enjoyed a wifey made steak meal last night. Tonight wifey is out with the girls. So it's Indian takeaway time! Couldn't be arsed cooking, although I did manage a Goodfellas pizza for the youngin.:D

So it's gotta be Chicken Madras, Pilau Rice, poppadoms, dips and chips. I have a large bottle of Peroni to wash it down. Starvin!

Mozzarella and green pesto is such a feckin great combo with so much! You've reminded me that I must try it again over a grilled chicken fillet with a baked spud and coleslaw.

I got potatoes this week, I'm planning on having baked spuds a lot either with beans and cheese or just a bit of butter. Healthy and filling :)

That's almost what I had for dinner.

Chicken with passata, buffalo mozarello, pesto. With baked baby potatoes with rosemary salt.

Potatoes with rosemary are lovely. Especially when roasted.
