I checked this thread to see if I should start Pickford or Jakupovic but it hasn't helped.

Play vertonghen or another hit to get Pva in for brunt to join his team mates zaha and benteke? Gw35 is nice too but beyond that only 37 in which I already have 3 defenders potentially with a DGW........so yes I probably should not:(

Yeah, that's kind of my thinking. Plus as I see it from a fixtures perspective, WC in 36 is far better than 35, so that rules out Sanchez TC in 36.

Main worry this week would be Alonso, Alli or Aguero picking up an injury in the Cup, but I'm relatively happy with that risk.

So I'm coming totally unprepared for this but am somehow ending with 5 DGWers.

3 transfers done for -4 and I now realised it involved 4 Middlesbrough players :pac:. Lanzini + Barnes + Chambers -> Negredo + De Roon + Gibson.
Negredo for captaincy.
De Roon to switch back to 3-4-3.
Gibson after seeing this at 11:28.

I would 100% play Maguire this week. Great CS potential given the fixture and a huge goal threat.

I wouldn't do it. Hull are at home and need a result against a Watford team already planning their summer holidays. Maguire has a habit of getting an odd goal too. If United had home games or if it wasn't costing a -4 then maybe but away to Burnley who are very strong at Turf Moor and away to City with all their attacking options looks very tricky. I have Valencia from previous weeks and will be happy with one clean sheet from both games.

I'm trying to tosh it up whether to bench Vardy or Sanchez.

Vardy's record has been steller over the last while. I'm really on the fence about Sanchez at the moment. Do you think he's out of his rut?
