Forcing myself to eat breakfast when my body is only used to gallons of coffee in the morning and it is painful. Managed to eat a slice of toast with a boiled egg and some salsa this morning.

Work lunch in Borough Market so will try to keep it vaguely healthy (I will not visit the brownie counter, I will not visit the brownie counter, I will not visit the brownie counter...) and dinner will be chicken and veg.

Had a Mac Mhor for my lunch with a Toffee Latte. Absolutely stuffed. Maccy D's is a bit of a treat for me.

    and now....

A hot gammon baguette, I had the hankering for the bacon, but unfortunately the bit I got in my sandwich was full of fat and started to make me feel ill....so I abandoned it with a third to go and went for the iced bun. Yeeeeeaaahhh!
