Crusty brown seeded roll with roast chicken and stuffing. Couldn't even enjoy it as I feel awful.

Semolina, I've really calmed down with the semolina love. Only have it once a day now

Once a year would be too much if I was forced to eat it.

Just had a sirloin steak (fillet for herself), carrots, celery, and baby potatoes. Stewed apples, from our autumn harvest, for dessert.

Chocolate dipped candied orange slices I bought from a market at the weekend. Gave some away today and regretting it now but they look easy to make. A complete sugar overdose but I'm trying to convince myself of the health benefits with all that vitamin C.

    Contemplating having
a digestive with some blue cheese but I would have to get up off the couch and go in to the kitchen to get it.

Finished off the last of the hot cross buns bought this morning. I wish the bakery didn't make such treats. I can resist anything except temptation.

I had chip quesadillas the other day, not sure if they are to be recommended. I just fancy cheese, chilli and tomato with salsa on them I think.

The deli in work was closed so I ended up eating two packs of Denny's Fire and Smoke chicken and a latte and it was feckin' lovely.

Had some salted steak, with rice and a salad of tomato, onion, shredded carrot, lettuce, with vinegar and some seasoning...for a late dinner.

Basically a very mediocre Brazilian churrasco.

    Nice enough though.

Toast and coffee. Using the brown sliced I repacked in small amounts and froze..

NB the chocolate hoards are still intact! Found enough small choccy things to stave off the addiction and will replenish when I am out tomorrow!

Easy food day ahead as I cooked enough for two days yesterday..
