I'm disappointed that Aldi appear to have discontinued their equivalent - the Roar bar!

Enjoyed my usual toast and coffee. White hamburger rolls just now as they are easy on me.

"Best butter" liberally applies of course, and marmalade.

I actually thought for a few seconds at least "Surely the blood would rush to your head."

    Yep, I know.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Bowl of vegetables - sweetcorn, peas, broccoli, carrots, asparagus, avocado, tomato, cucumber - with some salad dressing, and a slice of homemade bread (this one).

    Cup of coffee too.

Ate half a Quest bar to see what all the fuss was about, was like chowing down on a stick of chalk, revolting. Next step is black coffee with some light cream and some egg whites and toasted pitta.

Home made vegetable soup and a cold sausage. Was intending it to be two cold sausages but was too full, so later.. ;)

Ate well today! A big fry up this morning. The left overs from last nights takeaway for lunch and now its bacon, mash, carrott/parsnip mix and sprouts sprinkled with bacon bits. I'll throw a drop of gravy on top too.

No mad drinking session. Don't see the point. However I'm enjoying a tipple or too before the din dins. Heading to Russia on Monday for work so may bring back a recipe or two.

I got a Chicago Takeaway pizza for today but the baking tray I have is too small for it and it's defrosted and gone all gooey. I'm not expecting much.

Nothing what now, but the things I would do for a supamacs or a papajohns. Would it be inappropriate to head down to the drive through in my PJs, sorry, Lounge Pants, and a hoodie.

Jalapeños are way to hot for me.

I love them but I think they might have been a bit generous on this particular one!
