I am having a veggie day today. Moroccan carrot spice soup with pitta for lunch. Quorn thingymagig for tea.

I fully expect to have a toned ribbed body after today. The sacrifice.

    Bourbon creams.

Just had 6 of them with a couple of mugs of Java. An underestimated and delicious taste combination.

Toasted soda bread with sliced banana on top and my 4th mug of coffee. Sometimes I wouldn't have 4 coffees in a week, I must need the caffeine.

    Bourbon creams.
Ah, can't beat a bit o' bourbon (creams).

Today's lunch consists of tea with salmon sandwich using wheatgerm bread, followed by barbecue Hula-Hoops for dessert! :)

Just downed a protein shake. Will have potato wedges, peas and 2 chicken breasts for dinner.

    Lovely.
I consume mine strictly with a mug of chai. Can't beat that combo.

    Hope you enjoyed them!
    And also... Only 6?
Go on, have some more. You know you want to. 😉

Of course I'd want more. I always want more, but she who must be obeyed is more concerned about my health than I am.

But fried eggs, beans and chips for dinner though!

A meal for one tonight for my 8 year old. Promised her a treat.

Triple cooked chips with a Chicken fillet burger served on a board with chip basket. Triple cooked chips were fab as I stole one to taste!

I'm just nibbling on spicy cheese with chutney.

Triple cooked well la de da.

Just wanted to try it and it worked. Wouldn't make it a regular thing as its very labour intensive!:D

Sliced Bockwurst on hot dog rolls with spicy ketchup and coleslaw. :o

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Spice bag tasted exactly the same as when you buy it from the Chinese. Not the healthiest dish but tasty all the same.
