A wee drop of acrylamide never did anyone any harm, did it?
This was in one of the papers, the UK's FSA says don't go burning yer toast.

Had a little taste everyone's breakfast this morning, half a rasher, 2 teaspoons of beans on a quarter slice of brown toast, 2 teaspoons of scrambled eggs and about 5 teaspoons of green smoothie that tasted like chocolate strawberries, (spinach, sweet potato, grapes, Apple, cucumber, cacao, coconut oil, gogi berries and strawberries) now I'm having some rooibos tea watching Peppa pig.

Oh, I love having a bold dinner every once in a while. :) In my house growing up, pancakes were never a breakfast food, they were an extremely occasional bold dinner food! :pac:

I'm going to make some lame attempt at my own spice bag tomorrow. Going to cut up cooked chicken goujons into strips, cook some oven chips and fry off onion, chillis and pepper. I'm missing some of the needed spices but salt will have to do hoping the chillis will add enough flavour.
