I just ate a lump of a roast beef dinner far too quickly. Then I had a strawberry yogurt, also far too quickly.
I'm already suffering from restricted movement from being 8.5 months preggers, I'm bolloxed now. Better lie down :pac:

Lovely sounding dinner! The cupcake is nice but their fresh cream victoria sponge cake is a lot nicer but I had to restrain myself as it was just me today :or

That sounds quite good, never thought of adding flaxseed and jam.

Every single Christmas my mam buys me a box of Ferrero Rafaellos for my "stocking". I have managed to almost single handedly get through the entire box :/

Must tell her not to buy them next year :o

There's 24 in a box. That's less than one a day. Mental carry on.

I would nearly do that in a day or two, and thats with my mild intolerance/allergy to nuts.

As hard as it is, try to eat well. You'll need good energy.

Still starving after a big bowl of porridge and can't wait til lunch... so it's a bowl of cereal and cold milk as a stop-gap. Perfect!

Stuffed..I realised that my diet around the move was rather lacking in vegetables so I got half price sprouts and a HUGE cauliflower and started cooking some today....
Forgetting that I cannot eat bulky things in those quantities with any comfort...

Ah well! Virtue has a price... ;)
