Coming off the back of a hard night.

Had a Pasta Bake at 18.00 last evening. Now feeling like a fry but thinking the better of it. The engine is shutting down, if I throw fried food into her now I'll get severe hearburn later on today when I wake.

I had the fry after, need a Rennie or Gaviscon to rest me now but none in the household.

The next best thing is a pint glass of milk.

Decided to be lazy and bought a chicken and brocolli bake in Donnybrook Fair. Should have made it myself, would have been much nicer.
