Just finished a Big tasty burger meal in McDonald's.

The sauce.crisp onions, fresh iceberg, juicy thick tomatoe, soft bacon, emmental cheese drooping out the edge, the peppery juicy perfectly cooked meat, hugged by a so soft sesame bun.

    Fan fooking tastic.

I read that in Dervla Kirwan's (M&S ads) voice :)

I threw a load of veg and mixed beans into the pan, fried them, threw in some Mexican spices, water, and reduced it down. Served it with rice and bread.

They're in a sauce like baked beans, and then little pieces of spaghetti. You can get different shapes, circles or peppa pig or Thomas the tank engine or hello kitty shapes

Made some fish cakes inspired by Rick Stein yesterday, and reheated the leftovers for dinner today. They were alright. Served them with some mash and veggies.... steamed then finished off in the pan with olive oil n garlic, plus salt n pepper.
Veg were lovely...my own recipe for that.

I cannot get full the last couple of days. Don't know what's wrong with me.

Going to have to start calorie counting from tomorrow because I'm squishier than I'm happy with. God I hate calorie counting :(

For now I'm having a chicken sandwich made with a chicken just out of the oven and fresh crusty white bread.

    Riveting stuff.

I've had a very over indulgent weekend. Don't do it over Christmas as I'm working so this is the week I go for it. I couldn't get full either.:D

Today so far has been a big fry up for breakfast with baked beans. (Cornflakes before that.) Toast and Soda bread. Lunch was baked ham, cabbage, carrots, peas, mash and gravy. A few sneaky treats in between too. Got the troops back to base (away for the weekend) and have had a few scoops. Now I'm seriously considering ordering a chicken curry and chips to round it all off. Working from home tomorrow.:D
