    Left over stooo
In expectation of the foot of snow on Thursday we were supposed to get, I got up at 6, fried off onions and beef, chucked in the slow cooker with all the veggies and beans, stock, etc, and came home from work to no snow and a huge pot of stew.
Just finished the last of it.
    Yum.

Mussels steamed in cider with spring onions, garlic and thyme. Reduced the sauce, added cream, poured over mussels and served with crusty bread. 15 mins to prepare and cook.

One needs the other- calories don't count when the food is complementary to each other;)
